LensCrafters at Macy’s is seeking a Store Manager to lead the LensCrafters operation within the Temecula market. You will drive profitability, oversee daily store functions, and ensure an outstanding patient and customer experience.

The role requires strong leadership, retail know-how, and a proven track record in driving growth. You will manage a team, recruit and train staff, and ensure compliance with company policies while partnering with optometry services.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 4+ years management/supervisory experience.
• State licensure.
• Proven track record of delivering results and growth.
• Excellent business and financial acumen including operational analysis.
• Comprehensive knowledge of retail operations, processes and policies.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.
• Strong command of English for all correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure LensCrafters is known as the leading optical provider in the market.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of retail and transfer knowledge to drive sales and results.
• Lead a team with customer relations and exceptional experiences.

• Recruit, train and develop talent; build a succession pipeline.
• Staff according to business needs and workforce guidelines.
• Execute visual directives and ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborate with Doctor of Optometry for business planning.
