Job summary

LensCrafters in Burlington, VT is seeking an EyeCare Advisor who delivers the LensCrafters Experience by guiding customers through frames, lenses, and related services. You will greet customers, explain paperwork, review prescriptions, and assist in managing patient records per HIPAA while coordinating with optometrists and retail teams.

The role requires strong communication and math skills, experience in customer service or retail, and a passion for fashion trends in eyewear.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills (internal and external).
• Knowledge of cash register, computers and calculators.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers without delay (within 30 seconds).
• Promptly answers the telephone (3 rings) in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Explains all required paperwork, tests, products and services
• Handles and files all patient records in an organized and efficient manner in accordance with HIPAA.
