Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required, or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• Related customer or patient experience is preferred but not required.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engages with patients to recommend products and services that meet eye care needs.
• Measures patients for eyewear and maintains product knowledge through ongoing training to ensure correctness on first fit.
• Performs day-to-day store operations to support sales and customer experience, including restocking, merchandising, and order fulfillment.
