Visionworks Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead is the face of our store, guiding customers through the Visionworks experience with optical knowledge to meet eyewear needs in a simple, human and bold way.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
• Related customer or patient experience preferred
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by executing the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engages with patients/customers and recommends products and services meeting eye care needs
• Measures eyewear fit and maintains product knowledge through training to ensure correct eyewear
• Supports store operations including restocking, merchandising, and order fulfillment
