Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sales Lead to be the face of the store, guiding customers through eyewear choices and ensuring a smooth Visionworks experience. You will be trained in optics and products while actively leading the customer journey to meet eye care needs.

The role emphasizes daily sales goals, product recommendations, and operational support, including opening/closing responsibilities in LEAD roles. A HS diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including opening and closing the store as needed in LEAD positions only.
