Job summary

Visionworks in the United States is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead to be the face of our brand, guiding customers through an exceptional eyewear journey with human and bold service. You will be trained in optics and our services, ensuring patient needs are met with confidence.

The role focuses on achieving daily sales goals, engaging customers, and maintaining product knowledge while supporting store operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience necessary (Visionworks or other) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not required.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet eye care needs.
• Measure eyewear for correct fit and maintain product knowledge through training.
• Handle daily operations including restocking, merchandising and order fulfillment.
