Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a part-time Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our store, guiding patients through their eyewear journey with expertise in optics and service. You will drive customer satisfaction and meet daily sales goals.

You will engage patients, recommend products, and stay updated on products and managed vision care. This role emphasizes a friendly, authentic voice and strong in-store execution.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• Related customer or patient experience is preferred.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training to ensure eyewear is right the First Time.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support store financial and customer experience goals including restocking inventory, merchandising, and order fulfillment.
