Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Part Time Retail Third Key/Sales Lead to be the face of the brand in stores, guiding customers through an optics-focused journey with confident, human service. The role emphasizes knowledge of products, patient care, and contributing to store performance.

You will engage with customers, meet eyewear needs, and participate in daily operations to support sales targets and a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through continued training to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including opening and closing the store as needed in LEAD positions only.
