Job summary

Visionworks of America is seeking a part-time Retail Third Key/Sales Lead to be the face of our store, delivering an engaging eyewear shopping experience and guiding customers through the Visionworks journey.

You will be trained in optics, products, and services, and will work toward daily sales goals while providing friendly service, accurate measurements, and smooth store operations, including opening and closing as needed.

Qualifications

• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.
• Retail or customer service experience is helpful.
• Practical knowledge of eyewear and optics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through continued training and development.
• Execute day-to-day store operations to support financial and customer experience goals, including opening and closing the store as needed.
