SVS Vision, Inc. seeks a collaborative leader to assist the Retail Office Manager in daily store operations, including dispensing eyewear and delivering patient care.

You will help with hiring, training, coaching and performance management, and you may lead the team in the manager’s absence. You will drive sales and financial results by executing merchandising, service, and operational strategies, modeling exemplary customer service and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory

Formación

• ABO/SVS Certification required within 12 months of hire/promotion.
• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Supervisory experience with strong customer service in optical/retail.
• Able to analyze and solve issues; decisive in implementing solutions.
• Solid organizational and planning skills.
• Able to monitor progress toward goals.
• Able to analyze financial data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Able to set impactful goals and motivate team.
• Able to multi-task in a changing environment.
• Demonstrate commitment to provide great customer service.
• Solid computer knowledge including Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with hiring, developing, training and managing associate performance.
• Assist with store scheduling.
• Ensure store is compliant with company HR policies and laws.
• Communicate effectively with team about initiatives and key information.
• Lead team in Retail Office Manager’s absence.
• Lead team to execute merchandising, operational and customer service strategies.
• Model service and patient care to maximize satisfaction and business results.
• Drive optical initiatives through planning and scheduling.
• Identify opportunities to grow business and develop plans for profitable sales.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Partner with Retail Office Manager on direction and feedback to the team.
• Perform key-carrier tasks including opening/closing, payroll and alarms.
