Visionworks is seeking a Retail Third Key/Sales Lead to be the face of the store, delivering a superior patient and customer journey with optics knowledge and product expertise. You will drive daily sales goals, engage customers, and guide eyewear selections to meet their needs.

The role emphasizes hands-on service, training, and wearing multiple hats to support store operations and customer satisfaction. Compensation ranges hourly with benefits and opportunities for bonuses.

Competenze

• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience

Mansioni

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engages with patients/customers and recommends products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measures patients/customers for their eyewear and maintains product/optical knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is right the first time
• Performs daily operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including opening and closing the store
