VSP Vision seeks an experienced practice leader to drive business goals and uphold premier patient service. You will lead the day-to-day operations, manage staff performance, and implement growth strategies across the optometric practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a business-related environment.
• Optical experience preferred.
• Proven track record in leading overall team performance and understanding of optometric business processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, and direct day-to-day functions of the practice to ensure compliance and patient satisfaction.
• Identify strategy for practice growth and execute plans to achieve goals.
• Manage staff performance including supervising, coaching, and developing staff.
• Interview, hire, and train new staff.
• Review policies to ensure compliance and interpret procedures for employees and patients.
• Address staff issues and provide solutions; conduct evaluations and trainings.
• Analyze financial data including revenue and budgets.
• Control expenses related to products, inventory, and payroll.
• Work on special projects and other duties as assigned.
