Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a General Manager to lead an eye care office, shaping a collaborative team culture and delivering personalized patient experiences. You will own patient experiences, financial P&L, team performance and development, and office operations while partnering with doctors and vendors.

• Management experience in a retail or healthcare setting preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive KPIs.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard a purpose-driven team and provide ongoing training.
• Own the financial P&L and drive KPI performance.
• Collaborate with doctors, home office, and staff to deliver seamless patient experiences.
• Coach office leaders in real-time and develop team members.
• Maintain HR policies and ensure a safe work environment.
