Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Part-Time Visionworks Clinical Specialist/Optometric Assistant to be the face of our exam practice. You will guide patients through the initial steps, perform preliminary testing under supervision, and help educate them about eye care products and services.

Ideal candidates have customer or patient-facing experience and a high school diploma. The role involves store operations, restocking, equipment cleaning, and answering phones to support the patient journey and sales

Qualifications

• Related customer or patient experience preferred.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate patient records before conducing preliminary testing.
• Introduce patient to OD and provide OD with important patient information.
• Transition patient from doctor to sales floor and educate on products and services.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals.
