Visionworks is hiring a Part Time Visionworks Clinical Specialist to be the face of our Exam Practice, guiding patients through the first steps of their eye care journey with warmth and expertise.

The CS performs preliminary testing, discusses products/services, and ensures a smooth transition from exam to sales, delivering a human and bold experience.

Strong customer service and patient-facing experience preferred; competitive benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Related customer or patient experience preferred.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintain accurate patient records before preliminary testing.
• Introduce patient to OD and share important information.
• Transition patient to sales and educate on products/services.
• Support exam lane operations: restock inventory, clean equipment, answer phones.
