Visionworks is hiring a Part Time Visionworks Clinical Specialist/Optometric Assistant to be the face of our Exam Practice. You will guide patients through the first steps of the Visionworks experience with a human and bold approach, ensuring eye exam needs are met.

Responsibilities include taking patient records, introducing patients to the OD, and supporting sales with product education while maintaining store operations and patient experience goals.

Qualifications

• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.
• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate patient records before conducing preliminary testing.
• Introduce patient to OD and provide OD with important patient information.
• Transition patient from doctor to sales floor and educate on products and services.
• Support store operations including restocking, cleaning equipment, and answering phones.
