Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an experienced General Manager in Virginia to lead an eyecare office, partnering with doctors, vendors, and teams to deliver a personalized patient experience while owning patient experiences, financial P&L, and staff development.

This role reports to the District Manager, with some evening and weekend shifts required. You will recruit, onboard, and coach a high-performing team, drive KPI performance, and collaborate with internal support to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or relevant years of experience in a management role.
• 2+ years in a leadership-facing role.
• Experience leading two or more employees to drive sales and operations.
• Experience driving business and sales operations in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a purpose-driven team through recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development.
• Directly manage the financial success of your office through KPI-focused leadership.
• Collaborate with doctors, home office support, and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Deliver KPI results with coaching to other leaders and team members.
• Oversee doctor partnerships and office operations to maximize performance.
• Ensure HR policies and compliance support a productive, safe workplace for staff and patients.
• Lead performance and development with the District Manager for all team members.
