Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a General Manager to lead an eyecare office with a focus on patient experience, financial performance, and team development.

You will partner with community doctors, vendors, and staff to deliver best-in-class service while driving office growth and brand standards. The role requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent management experience, a proven ability to manage multiple employees, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or relevant years of experience in a management role.
• 2+ years in a leadership facing role as main decision maker.
• Experience leading two or more employees to meet sales and operations goals.
• Experience driving business and sales operations in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Strong communicator, detail-oriented and able to mentor teams.
• Servant leadership style with drive for results and entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster a purpose-driven team through recruitment, onboarding, training and development.
• Own financial performance of the office by driving KPI-related behaviors.
• Collaborate with doctors, home office support and staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.
• Deliver KPIs with exceptional patient experiences and coach other leaders.
• Maximize partnerships with optometric doctors through coverage and availability planning.
• Lead Doctor of Optometry partnerships and ongoing relationships.
• Maintain HR policies and compliance to promote a productive, safe work environment.
• Support performance and development with the District Manager for all team members.
• Ensure merchandise standards meet patient needs and requests.
