Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a General Manager to lead an eye care office, driving patient experience, financial performance, and team development.

You will partner with community doctors, vendors, and staff to deliver personalized eyecare while acting as the brand ambassador and ensuring operational excellence. This role requires leadership in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, with some evenings and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or relevant years of experience in a management role.
• 2+ years in a leadership facing role as the main decision maker.
• Experience leading two or more employees to achieve sales and operational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard a purpose driven team.
• Own the office financial success through KPI performance.
• Collaborate with doctors, home office, and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Deliver KPIs with flawless patient experience and coach other leaders.
• Maximize optometric partnerships through doctor and coverage availability.
• Lead Doctor of Optometry partnerships and ongoing relationships.
• Maintain HR policies to promote a safe work environment.
• Develop the team in partnership with the District Manager.
• Ensure optical merchandise meets standards and patient needs.
