Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Part-Time EyeCare Advisor in Columbus, OH to deliver the LensCrafters Experience and support optometrists and retail staff. You will greet customers, explain tests, process orders, and maintain patient records with HIPAA compliance, while providing excellent service and product knowledge.

Strong communication, customer service, and basic math skills are essential; familiarity with POS systems and scheduling is a plus.
