Job summary

LensCrafters in Ohio is seeking an EyeCare Advisor who delivers the LensCrafters Experience by guiding patients and ensuring high-quality optometric care and store performance.

You will greet customers, explain procedures, assist with frame and lens selection, handle transactions, and support the optometrist with pre-exam testing and contact lens care, while upholding HIPAA and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills expected.
• Ability to sell and explain product features to customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and assist with questions and needs.
• Explain paperwork, tests, products and services to patients.
• Review prescriptions carefully and consult when needed with staff.
• Handle transactions and maintain accurate records and HIPAA compliance.
• Assist with frame and lens selection for customers' vision and lifestyle.
• Support pre-examination testing and care for contact lenses as needed.
