Job summary

LensCrafters in Anchorage is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience and ensure patients receive high-quality optometric care. You will help link the doctor and retail teams to provide a flawless patient experience.

You will greet customers, explain paperwork, assist with frame and lens choices, review prescriptions, and support pre-exam testing. You’ll handle patient records, operate the POS, and ensure timely processing of orders.

Qualifications

• High School graduation or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills (internal and external).
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Problem solving ability.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.
• Sales skills.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Knowledge of office and store merchandise.

Responsibilities
