Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers within 30 seconds and maintains a welcoming atmosphere.
• Answers telephone promptly and courteously.
• Explains paperwork, tests, products and services to customers.
• Reviews prescriptions and patient information with attention to detail.
• Maintains HIPAA-compliant patient records and processes orders.
• Operates POS system and handles payments securely.
