Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to manage front desk check-in/out, greet patients, verify insurance, and schedule appointments. Training will be provided to learn about our vision care services and patient experience standards.

You will collaborate with doctors and staff to deliver a seamless patient experience in a fast-paced environment. Some weekend and evening shifts are required, with a focus on exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front desk, reception, or customer facing role supporting administrative duties and clerical tasks.
• Organized, can prioritize multiple tasks under pressure while delivering excellent service.
• Flexible and able to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills for patient service requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check-in/out experience with a timely, seamless process.
• Verify and explain insurance options during check-in/out.
• Assist in appointment confirmations and patient outreach with Doctor availability.
• Multitask by handling phone lines, greet patients, and support office staff.
• Cross-train to other office roles as needed and collaborate with the team.
