Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to manage the front desk during check-in/check-out, delivering a personalized patient experience and coordinating with the clinical team to keep the flow smooth. No optical experience is required—training is provided.

Reports to the Office General Manager; some weekend/evening shifts may be required, and a comprehensive benefits package includes medical/dental coverage, a 401K with company match, and PTO from day one.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front desk, reception, or customer facing role supporting administrative duties and clerical tasks.
• Organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure while delivering best in class service.
• Flexible and able to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out experience.
• Become SME in insurance plans to verify options during check in/out.
• Assist with appointment confirmations and patient outreach in partnership with Doctor availability.
• Multitask by managing phone lines, greeting patients, scheduling, and supporting office staff.
