Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to manage our front desk during check-in/check-out and provide a personalized patient experience. Training will be provided, and weekend/evening shifts may be required to support our patients' vision care needs.

You will verify insurance, confirm appointments, and collaborate with doctors and staff to ensure a smooth, patient-centric visit. This role emphasizes service, organization, and a can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Front desk/reception or customer-facing experience required.
• Organized with ability to multitask under pressure.
• Flexible and adaptable with the ability to wear multiple hats.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients a personalized check in/out experience that is timely, seamless, and positive.
• Verify and educate patients on insurance plans during check in/out for appointments.
• Assist in appointment confirmations and patient outreach in coordination with Doctor availability.
• Multitask by managing multiple phone lines, greeting patients and walk-ins, scheduling appointments, and assisting office staff.
• Cross-train to other office support roles as needed (Eyewear Consultants/Optometric Technicians).
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to provide a seamless patient experience.
