Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and answer calls courteously.
• Explain all paperwork, tests, products, and services.
• Provide eyewear recommendations based on needs, lifestyle and budget.
• Process orders, shipments and invoices accurately.
• Maintain organized patient records and HIPAA compliance.
• Operate POS and secure payments per policy.
• Keep store displays and promotions up to date.
