Visionworks is seeking a Visionworks Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager in Maryland to lead store operations and support the General Manager. You will model the Visionworks way, supervise in the GM's absence, and coach the team to deliver a simple, human and bold patient journey.

The role focuses on leadership, accountability, and driving store performance while providing development to associates for superior service and sales results.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of supervisory experience.
• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Promote profitability and sales targets by leading the team to daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Role model and engage in all steps of the Patient/Customer journey on the exam lane and sales floor.
• Coordinate and confirm doctor appointments, eyewear services, and meet patient needs.
• Coach, motivate and support associates to perform at a high level for an excellent patient experience.
• Execute broad operational activities to meet the store's financial and customer experience goals.
