Job summary

Visionworks in Burtonsville, MD is seeking an Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager who will lead the store in the absence of the General Manager and model the Visionworks standard for a simple, human and bold patient journey.

You will drive sales, coach associates, coordinate doctor appointments and eyewear services, and ensure excellent customer service while meeting store financial goals and delivering an outstanding experience for every patient that walks in.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.
• 1-5 years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Promote store profitability and achieve sales targets by meeting daily, weekly and monthly goals.
• Supervise exam lane and sales floor; guide associates to deliver a flawless patient journey.
• Coordinate doctor appointments and eyewear services to meet patient needs.
• Coach and motivate staff to perform at high levels and ensure excellent customer experiences.
• Drive store operations to meet financial and customer experience goals.
