Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience and ensure top-quality care for patients. You will greet customers, explain procedures, assist with frame and lens selections, and support the optometrist and retail teams in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities include handling prescriptions, scheduling, processing orders and maintaining patient records with HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiar with cash handling and basic math.
• Interest in fashion trends.
• Organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers within 30 seconds.
• Answers the telephone promptly (3 rings).
• Explains all required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Reviews prescriptions and patient information carefully and consults as needed.
• Maintains HIPAA-compliant patient records.
• Operates the POS system accurately for transactions.
• Keeps store displays updated and maintains a clean environment.
