LensCrafters is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience and ensure high-quality patient care while supporting both the doctor and retail teams.

In this part-time role, you will greet customers, explain paperwork and services, assist with frame and lens selections, manage patient records per HIPAA, and operate the POS system to process transactions efficiently.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiar with cash handling and POS systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously.
