Job summary

SCHEELS in Overland Park, KS is seeking a part-time VISA Coordinator to manage the Scheels VISA program, process applications, and assist customers and associates in a fast-paced retail setting. You will ensure compliance with bank, VISA, and Scheels standards while maintaining confidentiality and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities include training staff, completing daily audits, and handling VISA materials at the kiosk. Flexible hours and weekend availability are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate’s degree from a 2-year college or technical school, or 1–2 years of related experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet privacy standards while assisting customers with the Scheels VISA.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; adaptability to learning Google Workspace tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer questions about the Scheels VISA program and store.
• Process applications, complete check-out steps, and address VISA-related inquiries.
• Maintain daily audit sheets and ensure compliance with First National Bank, VISA, and Scheels standards.
