Scheels in Fargo, ND seeks a Visa Coordinator to manage the Scheels VISA program at the kiosk and store. You will process applications, handle payments, and ensure compliance with bank and Scheels standards. Excellent communication and confidentiality are essential.

The role requires 18+ years of age, an associate degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; training on Google Drive/Docs is provided. This is an on-site position with ESOP and health benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 1–2 years related experience or training.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; able to learn Google systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Visa booth and assist customers per safety and policy guidelines.
• Process completed Visa applications and handle check-out steps.
• Train staff and support annual Visa compliance training.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy when handling Visa applications.
• Collect and process payments from customers.
