Job summary

Scheels All Sports, Inc. in Tulsa is seeking a VISA associate to professionally process completed VISA applications, answer questions, and coordinate training for VISA specialists, cashiers, and sales associates.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, proficient Microsoft Office use, and the ability to learn Google Workspace. Schedule includes a mix of shifts Monday–Saturday and Sunday, averaging 20–25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; able to learn Google Workspace.
• Experience or training related to VISA/card programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process VISA applications and complete checkout steps.
• Answer questions and resolve issues related to Scheels VISA.
• Coordinate VISA staff training and schedule materials.
