Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality and privacy for customers applying for the Scheels VISA.
• Process VISA applications accurately and answer questions about the program.
• Coordinate and deliver training for Visa Specialists, Cashiers, and Sales Associates.
• Maintain and restock VISA materials and information pamphlets.
• Promote the Scheels VISA Program with signage and team engagement.
• Organize Card member Appreciation Days and promotions per bank and Scheels standards.
• Keep a clean, organized work environment and communicate clearly with staff.
• Meet Visa program requirements set by First National Bank, VISA, and Scheels.
