Job summary

Scheels All Sports, Inc. is seeking a VISA program coordinator to assist customers and associates with Scheels VISA applications and related processes.

You will process applications, maintain confidentiality, and support training and compliance efforts across the store. Ideal candidates have a background in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 1-2 years related experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Ability to handle confidential information and VISA processes with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of confidentiality and respect for privacy when working with customers who are applying for the Scheels VISA.
• Professionally process completed applications, finish the check-out process and answer questions about the Scheels VISA.
• Coordinate new associate training for VISA specialists, Cashier, Sales Associates and annual VISA compliance testing.
