Job summary

Scheels is seeking a candidate to support VISA application processing and customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will handle confidential information, assist customers, and ensure accuracy in financial and compliance processes.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and teamwork, with a schedule supporting 8am–9pm Monday–Saturday and 11am–7pm Sundays. An associate degree or related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an associate’s degree from a 2-year college or technical school, or 1-2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality and respect for privacy when handling Scheels VISA applications.
• Process completed applications and assist customers with questions about Scheels VISA.
• Complete daily audit sheets and help ensure compliance with First National Bank, VISA and Scheels standards.
• Stock VISA materials storewide and support card member promotions.
• Assist VISA Coordinator with annual VISA compliance training and related tasks.
