Highmark Health is seeking a Wellness Coach with a background as a Registered Dietitian to oversee member health panels and drive personalized care plans. You will use data, provide coaching across nutrition, sleep, stress, and lifestyle areas, and work with a multidisciplinary team to improve health outcomes.

The role emphasizes telephonic/digital engagement, documentation, and adherence to clinical and accreditation standards. Requires Master’s in a health field and 3+ years as an RD.

Formación

• Master’s degree required in nutrition, health education, health promotion, exercise science, public health, or related field.
• 3+ years as a Registered Dietitian or equivalent wellness professional.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a panel of members, assess health management needs, and develop personalized care plans.
• Engage with members telephonically, digitally, or virtually to improve health outcomes.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team and refer to appropriate resources as needed.
• Document activities in compliance with policies and ensure quality outcomes.
