Job summary

Hazel Health is seeking a part-time licensed clinician to provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K-12 students in Washington. You will join a collaborative clinical team with steady referrals and a W-2 employment structure.

You will manage assessments, treatment planning, and family collaboration while maintaining compliant documentation and safety practices. Telehealth is central to the role, with supportive onboarding and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted WA license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC)
• Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents
• Comfortable delivering care via telehealth
• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
• Passion for expanding access to pediatric mental health care

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K–12 students.
• Complete comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Partner with families, school staff, and care teams to support student success.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and deliver care aligned with evidence-based best practices.
• Assess and respond to clinical risk following organizational safety protocols
