Job summary

Hazel Health is seeking a licensed clinician to provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K-12 students as a part-time, W-2 employee. You’ll receive referrals and administrative support so you can focus on high-quality patient care.

You’ll partner with families, school staff, and care teams, document timely clinical notes, and maintain safety protocols while delivering care via our secure telehealth platform.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Washington license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
• Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents.
• Comfortable delivering care via telehealth.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Passion for expanding access to pediatric mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K–12 students.
• Complete comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
