Hazel Health is seeking a Washington-licensed child and adolescent therapist for a flexible, part-time, virtual role working with K–12 students. You will provide evidence-based therapy, complete assessments, and collaborate with families and school teams to support student success.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted Washington license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
• Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Passion for expanding access to high-quality pediatric mental health care.

• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K–12 students.
• Complete comprehensive assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Partner with families, school staff, and care teams to support student success.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and deliver care aligned with evidence-based best practices.
• Assess and respond to clinical risk while following organizational safety protocols.
