Job summary

Hazel Health is hiring a part-time, remote pediatric mental health therapist to join our collaborative clinical team. You’ll deliver evidence-based virtual therapy to K–12 students and coordinate with families, school staff, and care teams.

You’ll benefit from a steady stream of referrals, administrative support, and a W-2 employment arrangement, with flexible scheduling to fit alongside your existing practice.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Ohio license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
• Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents.
• Comfortable delivering care via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based virtual therapy to K–12 students.
• Complete assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop treatment plans.
• Partner with families, school staff, and care teams to support student success.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and deliver care aligned with evidence-based practices.
• Assess and respond to clinical risk while following safety protocols.
