• High School degree or GED required.
• Prior banking experience, processing teller transactions and referring products/services to customers.
• Strong listening and communication skills; able to communicate across video.
• Proficient in asking questions to identify customer needs and improve relationships.
• Able to use digital technology to support business goals and multitask.
• Able to foster relationships with teammates and partners through collaboration.
