Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Continuing Education to maintain job knowledge.
• Preferred 1–3 years banking experience.
• Preferred 1–3 years administrative or customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions through teller platform and verify cash accuracy.
• Open new deposit accounts and provide product information to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complete telephone transfers per policy.
• Promote and sell additional products and services to customers.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with bank policies and regulations.
