Intuit, Inc. is seeking a virtual tax professional to assist TurboTax customers with federal and state returns.

You will conduct tax advice, full service preparation, and explanations of tax terms via video interactions, ensuring confidence and accuracy in every customer engagement. You will leverage government resources and our team expertise to deliver right answers in everyday language, while meeting KPIs and participating in training.

Formación

• 2+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state 1040 tax returns for at least 30 clients per season.
• Must possess an active PTIN and any relevant state licenses.
• Proficient with technology; strong communication skills for video interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with customers virtually via video using Smartlook.
• Provide tax advice and full service return preparation and signing.
• Explain tax concepts in simple language and document interactions.
