Senior Account Executive is sought to sell court reporting and deposition services to law firms nationwide. This remote role requires a proven track record in sales, strategic account development, and the ability to build and expand a book of business.

Responsibilities include generating leads, presenting proposals, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with service teams to ensure client satisfaction. OTE is $200,000+ and base expectations align with market benchmarks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling court reporting services to law firms.
• Proven track record in sales, negotiation, communication, and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
• Leads initiative to maximize profitability and grow the sales territory.
• Strong Rolodex with law firms within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Generate/qualify leads and grow the current book of business.
• Source and develop client referrals.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Plan and conduct direct marketing activities with sales materials.
• Manage cases with customer service and report progress; recommend to increase client satisfaction.
• Perform quality checks on product and service delivery.
• Analyze market pricing, products, and services of competitors.
• Attend educational events, trade shows, and networking events.
• Develop and present sales proposals and product training to clients.
• Maintain sales activity records and prepare reports.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and strong client relationships.
• Follow up on sales activities.
