Stride, Inc. is seeking a dedicated School Counselor for our K12 Private Academy in a fully virtual role. The counselor will support student academic success, social-emotional development, and college planning from a home office.

Responsibilities include postsecondary planning, data-driven interventions, and collaboration with teachers to craft four-year graduation plans. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of counseling experience. Remote work with up to 20% travel as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in counseling or related field required.
• Three (3) years of experience in counseling and/or advisement.
• School Counselor License preferred.
• Ability to clear required background check.
