Stride, Inc. is seeking a full-time School Counselor for the K12 Private Academy in a virtual role. You will support student success, plan postsecondary options, and collaborate with teachers and families to develop graduation plans and career readiness.

This position requires a bachelor's degree with three years of counseling experience; a School Counselor license is preferred. Remote work, up to 20% travel for development, and a salary between $44,452 and $55,565 per year with a benefits

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and three years of counseling/advisement experience.
• School Counselor License preferred.
• Ability to clear required background check.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based search.
• Experience with distance learning.

Responsabilidades

• Helps all students with postsecondary options and graduation planning.
• Delivers counseling and guidance to support academic and career readiness.
• Reviews transcripts and schedules to ensure graduation eligibility.
• Collaborates with teachers to develop four-year graduation plans.
• Travel may be required up to 20% for professional development.
