Fifth Third Bank seeks an experienced SBA Inside Sales Manager, Small Business to lead a high-velocity, multi-layerInside Sales team across SBA 7(a), 504, and Express programs. You will drive end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead engagement through proposal acceptance, ensuring quality credit packaging and timely decisioning.

Responsibilities include managing throughput, forecasting, and keeping borrower experience at the forefront, while adhering to regulatory requirements and underwriting

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years management experience in a sales environment.
• Experience leading high-performing teams in SBA lending, including 7(a), 504, Express programs.
• Ability to adapt quickly and scale closing processes in fast-growth environments.
• Familiarity with SBA SOP guidelines, deal structuring, and pipeline management.
• Experience leading multi-layer sales teams and driving customer experience.
• Proficiency in reporting metrics using Excel and Business Objects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a multi-layer Inside Sales organization and ensure high-volume throughput.
• Translate divisional productivity strategies into actionable team plans and quality controls.
• Ensure compliance with Reg B timelines and documentation standards; escalate as needed.
