Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of SBA SOP 50-10-6 and other SOP guides
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; knowledge of banking systems

Responsibilities

• Underwriting focus on SBA loans and new money to borrowers
• Collaborate with relationship managers on deal review, modeling, and structuring
• Coordinate with RM and Credit for proper credit approval and pre-clearance
• Develop training guidelines for SBA lending
• Ensure adherence to SBA policies and government regulations
• Manage closing, funding, and booking with Funding Desk and Credit Collateral Operations
